Chevalier Surface Grinder
The Chevalier CNC Surface Grinder is a high-efficiency dual column surface grinder that is used for finish grinding operations to obtain final flatness and dimensional requirement. The grinder moves a 50” by 120” magnetic chuck on hydrostatic ways beneath a 20” aluminum oxide grinding wheel.
This surface grinder features high rigidity and mechanical stability combined with our climate-controlled environment to produce the ideal process for high-tolerance injection mold finishing operations. We specialize in tool steels and most magnetic materials, along with finishing hard chrome surface plating.
